Please fill out the intake form online and one of our intake specialists will contact you . We’ll conduct a needs assessment to understand your requirements and answer any questions you may have.
Come out and tour our clean, safe, and affordable home virtually or in person.
Once approved, payment of first month’s rent and non-refundable community fee is due and selection of room can be made.
Sign the month-to-month membership agreement and all required documents and move on in.

You provide the property. We market it, fill it, manage it and the clients. Win-win-win plus profits.
Guaranteed monthly rent payments, 24/7house monitoring, noise control, general liability insurance, handling of minor repairs, monthly professional cleanings, weekly inspections and much more.
To ensure that our standards of quality are met, we’ve implemented house rules and operation manuals at every property.
